Update: Progression Speed

Thanks to the community feedback, I have made a number of adjustments to help progression feel smoother and overall less grindy:
- Kusudama Cores now scale more generously with an improved formula
- Talent costs have been reduced/tweaked in the player's favour
- Energy consumption has been tuned down, so you won't be stuck endlessly waiting for recovery
- Technique stats have been revisited, making progression more rewarding overall
A huge thanks to everyone who shared their thoughts - your feedback really helps me keep improving the game!
